About the Artists

Anne Marie | Chris | Lisa | Sandy | Tammy

Anne Marie: Anne Marie has a sweet tooth. She loves ice cream, candy and cookies. She also likes chicken nuggets, chips and pizza. She has two sisters whom she adores. Her favorite season is summer. Anne Marie says that she likes everything about art; especially making arts and crafts because they are fun. Her favorite color is purple. Anne Marie enjoys going to movies and making Valentine’s Day cards.

Chris: Chris is a unique person who has many different interests and hobbies from watching football to listening to rock and roll. Chris enjoys coming to the center and going on different trips with the staff. Chris is very popular at the center; he gets along with just about everyone. His favorite colors are orange and red; he incorporates these colors into his art work. He likes to go out to dinner and make new friends. Chris enjoys being on the card line because “he can make some money.”

Lisa: Lisa is a woman with a very sunny disposition. She likes coming to the center and enjoys making Easter cards. Lisa’s favorite colors are pink and blue. She likes to make things using vinyl. Summer is her favorite season. She likes to listen to her radio and go to Radio Shack to buy things for her radio, such as headphones. She likes music from the 70’s and 80’s. “Heat Wave” is one of her favorite songs. She loves listening to Peaches and Herb. Lisa has three brothers and three sisters-in-laws. She likes to eat salads for dinner and especially loves white chocolate and milk chocolate Hershey bars.

Sandy: Although Sandy is very shy, her bubbly personality is clearly seen in her art work. She likes to do needle point, paint and draw. Her favorite color is pink, favorite food is Italian and favorite season is the fall because of the nice weather and beautiful colors. Sandy enjoys participating in the Walking Club at our center.

Tammy: Tammy is an individual with a lot of energy. Her favorite color is green, the color of money. She likes using rubber stamps to make cards because it is fun. Tammy says that she loves food, especially baked potatoes. She likes going out to dinner and going to the library. She also likes being in the company of other people. She is in the choir and Nutrition Club.
