During regular work hours (8 a.m.
to 4:30 p.m.), call (216) 736-2673 for assistance
with a crisis or emergency involving an individual with MR/DD.
The Board of MR/DD also maintains an after-hours on-call system
for reporting incidents of abuse/neglect and for crisis intervention.
A crisis is a situation that jeopardizes the health or safety
of an individual with MR/DD and requires immediate intervention.
From 4:30 p.m. to 8 a.m. Monday through Friday and all day
Saturday, Sunday and holidays, call (216) 694-7077.
